Had a great experience getting new glasses today at the Target in Metairie, LA. The sales associate “Dawson” was an incredible help. He helped me find glasses that were in my price range and fit properly. Not pushy at all, just a genuinely helpful guy who made the whole experience a 10 out of 10. He was able to clearly go over over my insurance coverage, maximized my benefits, and even made sure to apply any additional coupons/promotions I had available. Can’t say enough great things about him and the team at Target Optical.

dawson was so friendly & helpful. he really took his time to explain my benefits, go through pricing options and answer all my questions. it was a lovely experience & i’d highly recommended!

My mom needed new glasses quickly in order to pass the vision test for her driver’s license renewal (expiring the following week).She saw the doctor associated with this location and he was great about everything.But the real star of this location is Cherese! She went way above and beyond to help us find what my mom needed in order to retake her eye exam for the test before her license expired. (She passed?) We were very grateful that during the busy holiday season that she took the time to help in such a kind and generous way!!
