I have loved my experience with Lauren at Tandem. She is a great listener and very knowledgeable about body mechanics and different treatment/strengthening approaches. I’m in my mid-40s and play a lot of tennis. Lauren’s treatment helped relieve my shoulder pain, and she taught me several exercises and stretches for strengthening and maintenance. Highly recommend Tandem to anyone needing PT or looking to improve their mobility.
I had been to physical therapy twice before Tandem for back pain related to my scoliosis, so I came in skeptical- but Tandem is truly a world-class, patient-first clinic. They really personalize your treatment and listen if you have concerns or need to pivot. They're willing to get creative and try another perspective or solution to fix your problems and make you healthier. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for PT help from a place that truly cares.
This group of PTs and PTAs are fabulous. I had come in with severe back pain after a surgery and they went to work. Thanks to Lauren and Loan I am practically free of my back pain. I can’t lie and say it was easy, but they made it fun and the results speak for themselves. Thank y’all so much!❤
