I would give Structure Ace Roofing zero stars, but the website required me to select at least one star to post the review.
Here is why:
We had our roof replaced with Structure Ace in 2021. During the replacement, a hole was punched into the flashing, which was not replaced. As a result of this hole, a water leak developed over time. Once we noticed a drip coming from the underside of the front porch, we hired a contractor to investigate. A leak was found at the location of the hole in the flashing. I've never been to this place. I applied for a job there. I was told I would get a phone call in 24 hours. That never happened. I texted the owner of the company as per the HR department and never got a reply. If you didn't want to offer the position to me, the least you can do is speak to me and say that you are going with someone else. Huge lack of professionalism.
I am currently working with them and I am having a terrible experience.
