NURSE FOR 14 YEARS HERE!! DIRECTOR OF NURSING FOR 3.5 YEARS!!! I 10/10 RECOMMEND THE LADIES TODAY THAT TOOK CARE OF MY BABY!! YALL ARE HEAVEN SENT 🩷🙏🏻 THE PA WAS EVERYTHING I COULD HAVE EVER ASKED FOR, LITERALLY!! We came after a very unsuccessful trip here in Covington but I’m so thankful that Dr. referred us here to Sanova🥳🥳 My day started out so TERRIBLE from a bleeding facial abnormality THAT LASTED HOURS & they fixed him up right away & made something traumatic to watch to your child go through, not be so bad bc they made me feel absolutely positive we were in great hands!! && let me be sure to add, & i AVOID the doctors at all cost 😬😬 but in the last couple years & the last like 6x.. i have felt almost zero confidence in the other people!! Even the professionals at the ER, between my baby & my great grandmother & the other day myself… i have NOT felt confident!! 👉👉But from the first day when i talked to the sweet lady who made my appt, i felt this place was going to be a good one & it was literally the best!! && she greeted us friendly at the window && i really appreciate that!! We needed the kindness, smiles, compassion & knowledge you all had to offer us today!! I can not say thank you enough!! && when i first heard we’d see a PA i was like oh that’s actually great, i love them!! Thank you thank you thank you! If these people are underpaid the need some raises 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
