However, experiences at this location can vary. While some clients have consistently positive interactions with the staff, others have encountered less friendly front desk service and issues related to pricing. Despite these concerns, many customers feel satisfied with the quality of the massages and the overall care they receive, expressing strong loyalty to their preferred therapists.
Overall, Massage Envy in Metairie provides a variety of wellness services with professional staff committed to client satisfaction. While positive experiences are common, attention to pricing details is recommended to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit. The location operates as an independently owned franchise dedicated to supporting clients' wellness goals and relaxation needs.
I had a 60 minute Tone-Balancing Facial Session with Talata and thoroughly enjoyed my experience with her. She was friendly, kind, and funny! On top of an excellent facial, her neck, shoulder, arm, and hand massages were divine. She gave me great recommendations for future services and products to add to my skincare routine. If I could afford facials every 2 weeks with her, I definitely would!
I just had a 60 minute massage with Ms Latrice. It was amazing! I am more relaxed right now than I have been in months. She was able to get tension out of my shoulders that I have been trying to relieve at home and can't. I have had a headache almost non-stop for several months. It's gone right now. I am completely pain free. The facility is clean and calming. I used a gift card but did see that the prices are more than reasonable and well worth it. I highly recommend Massage Envy and especially Ms Latrice!

I decided to book again for the both of us & on the site both massages were $70 each, (total of $140). After we finished our massage & we’re about to pay, the front desk told us our payment today would be $200. She said the price for mine since I was a… read full review
