Good massage buy a guy, can't recall his name, this was last week. I enjoyed the massage, but the customer service is not great. The tattooed lady with black hair could be a bit friendlier, and I think she is a manager, she must be a tyrant to work for. They need to amp up the customer service, BE NICER, people are paying for your service and the experience!

So I finally get a day off and I wanted a nice long massage. The first time I came here the sewage smell was so intense I bought whatever they had to mask the smell. The second time was today, and there was no smell, but one lady working in the back, front, and all over. I usually book online and I certainly will in the future after this. I called and asked for the noon appointment for 1 1/2 hours. I then asked how many credits I currently have and she said 1. Next thing I know my masseuse is leaving the room. I Scheduled a last minute 60 minute prenatal massage on a Friday afternoon for Saturday. Luckily they had availability. I was very grateful. My upper back had been in physical pain for some time now. I got to Massage envy about ten min early just to be on the safe side. Upon arrival staff was very helpful, and informative. One thing that bothered me though was that my massage was starting a few min later. I had plans afterwards so I was already stressing. Overall though the massage therapist Mona was friendly and def tried her best to get the tension out of my back! I def would not mind seeing her again.
