Oh. My. God! I am from MO and am visiting on vacation and I had an extension bead fall out and my whole extension was hanging out. PLUS all of mine were well past the 8 week mark and needed to be re sewn. I called in a panic and Rachel got me in RIGHT away! She was able to save my poor head and bring my extensions back to life! She was so genuine, outgoing, and helpful! I HIGHLY recommend this Salon and Rachel!!! I'd give 6 stars if I could.

Abby is an amazing addition to this salon! Her upstairs room is cozy and spacious. She is very personable and talented. I came in not really knowing how to describe what I wanted and she managed to figure out my exact needs and I felt fabulous when leaving!Not to mention the reasonable prices, especially for the Metairie area. I've been going to Rachel at Salon Kay Roy for my haircuts (and the occasional highlights or color) for years. She's also incredibly talented with updos and makeup.
