The staff at Russell Cleaners are always so helpful and courteous! They provide an excellent service. I drive from the Northshore, while visiting with family , to have our dry cleaning done and pick it up later in the week. I love the email and text message communication when your clothing is ready for pick up! Thanks for what you do!

I have 2 sets of drapes with stains that I was concerned would not be able to be removed. I also had questions about the process of getting those stains out. Russell's employees were super nice with all of my questions and interactions with them. This is the second time I have used them for clearning speciality drapes. Russell's is outstanding.
