Robert Refrigeration

Came home after a week of evacuation from IDA. Had electricity at my house, even cable TV but no air-conditioning in 95+ heat. Called Robert. They gave me directions to try to self-repair. When it didn't work, they told me they would send a tech out with a new thermostat. Tech came out and tried to salvage our old thermostat to save us the cost of a new one. Old one was belly up. New thermostat is a digital one I have wanted for years. Had a cool house by mid-afternoon. I have been with this company for over 20 years and they have NEVER disappointed me. Loyalty goes both ways.

Called for a semi-urgent residential repair for air conditioner after having issues with a different HVAC repair service. Tech (Josh) came out ahead of schedule, diagnosed and fixed the problem, and then took the time to explain it to me in terms I understand. Roberts is my new HVAC repair go-to.

Robert installed a new HVAC system at my house. The workers were very professional. Each day they advised the game plan for that day and at the end of the day they reported on the progress made. The pricing was fair. I recommend them for your A/C and heating needs.
