I have been to many nail salons in the Greater New Orleans area, and have mostly left feeling frustrated or annoyed. The Metairie Rd location of Prim & Posh has delivered. I don't get my nails done often anymore, because everywhere is so expensive. So when I do, I want it to be a positive experience. I have been here 3 times in the past 6 months. The best experience I had was with the owner, Nancy. She was so attentive and sweet. The second time, I was 8.5 months pregnant. The nail tech took FOREVER to do a manicure and pedicure. Amy did my gel manicure and I believe it was Mai who did my lavender pedicure. They were very gentle with the removal of the gel and Amy is very particular about the polish…which works out well for me as I am particular. Mai sure gave my feet some tender loving care with the polish being the icing on the cake. My toes look very pretty and feel lovely. Thank you both - my hands and feet are happy and relaxed.

I was a loyal customer at the Lakeview location for years. It was wonderful. Now that I live down the street from the Old Metairie location, that’s the new spot. It’s just as great!
