I went to therapy for the first time at Ochsner therapy and wellness on veterans Highway. My visit was an assessment with David Orlando. I just had to write this that he was very professional. I felt very comfortable with him. He answered all my questions with a considerable Bit of knowledge on my condition. My second visit I was assigned a physical therapist named Mary Katherine, she was great. I look forward to going on with the rest of my visits with her. I feel very comfortable that she is steering me in the right direction to getting better. The front desk receptionist was very polite. The place looked, tidy and clean. I have been to this facility several times.I would never go to any other physical therapy facility, they have an awesome front desk staff and the therapist are phenomenal. I have had Richard Coogler a couple times for different issues and I must say, he is the best. He is very good at what he does!!!
Live out of state and was sent to NOLA for total knee replacement surgery by my insurance. Was apprehensive about being far away from surgical site during recovery (I am 8 days post-surgery) and knew little about Oschner. Researched several reviews and facility had excellent ratings and recognitions. I could not have received better care thru the whole procedure. Pre-op exams and prep were efficient and thorough. Surgical site and care were impressive. PT was limited because I was only there for 4 days post-op but the sessions were beneficial and prepared me for path to recovery.
