I love this dentist: the location in Old Metairie is fantastic--its inside of an awesome shopping center, and each room has a beautiful window that looks out on a brick and green shrubbery wall, and everything is very clean and relaxed. My dental hygienist Jessica is awesome and thorough, and Dr. Smith is very kind and down to earth and easy to work with. I opted out of another dentist that was cheaper just because I love this place. And perhaps most importantly, is the indomitable and fantastic Shanna who runs the whole ship as the office manager.Only quibble is that he's a little expensive, but you often get what you pay for(:,

Dr. Smith, DDS was recommended to me by a coworker and I can see why. Truly exceptional service from Shanna in the front, to both dental assistant I’ve seen, Lori and Jessica, down to Dr. Smith. They all make you feel comfortable and at ease from the stress and anxiety of going to the dentist. Outstanding group of professionals!

Dr Smith and his team are awesome. Booking and visiting the office is a cinch, they run on time and are very efficient. Dr. Smith himself asks great questions, listens, and explains the mechanics of what he and his teams are doing. Leaves you quite confident you got awesome care. All of the folks that work there are pros at what they do and put one at ease. Special shoutout to Shanna, Sarah and the whole gang. Thanks a bunch!
