these guys are just terrible with pricing, if you're not using dental insurance; they tell you a lower price over the phone, and when you get there, they give you a much higher price, and add in, well, if that's just a standard cleaning/there could be more services required. they did this to me twice. i understand companies need to make money, but this is not the way & is wrong. done with these guys & i highly do NOT recommend them!

Avoid this place at all costs. They overcharged me, they billed me for a procedure I didn’t get and then messed up my teeth that I’m still dealing with 2 years later.

I appreciate how the procedure was fully explained before it happened. I felt comfortable. There was no pain nor major discomfort throughout the process. The procedure that I got done with the gum therapy.

They were so friendly, patient, and clear with every step. Not once did I feel ignored or unheard. Ms. Jaylan, Ms. Monica, and Ms. Tingstrom were my three main caretakers. They were 10/10

I absolutely LOVE everyone there. I was abused by my old dentist when I was younger and was terrified of going to the dentist. I had a major problem with my teeth and no one wanted to help me and Mrs Tanya helped me without even knowing me. Once I came in I was so scared. Mrs Tanya held my hand the whole time. Then I meet Ms Wyn, an angel sent from heaven. She makes me feel so comfortable and SEEN!! I live in Slidell and they have another location down the street from my house but I drive and will continue to drive and see my peeps. Dr Skip is so cool he apologized for what happened to me and been great ever since. I can go on and on but I love it there. Hey Wyn, I love you hun!!!!

Make sure you know what your insurance pays for. I've had issues with them trying to collect money from me that the insurance pays for. For example: basic cleaning. They have also attempted to collect other funds. I know what my responsibility is. I know what my dental plan pays for. I've had to call my Insurance company to correct them while I sat in the dentist's office chair! Be knowledgeable! Check your bill they send you. Know your insurance policy

Great experience! The dentist was gentle and attentive, and the staff was friendly. I usually fear dental visits, but this clinic made it stress-free. Very satisfied with the treatment.
