They false advertise. I called to make an appointment on a Saturday and the person who answered the phone thought I was crazy. They are not open on Saturdays. Most dentists are not open on Saturday and that is fine, but they advertise that they are open on Saturdays. The only reason I would go there is because I thought they were open on Saturdays. I might as well stay with the friendly private practice weekday dentists. I advise them to please update website so people don't waste their time asking for a weekend appointment.

To begin, I don't normally do reviews but I do read them to determine if I choose a particular provider or not; however I feel as if this review is a necessity. Initially, my entire family were patients there but that came to a quick halt for reasons that would take much longer for me to explain; however, the most recent incident has to be posted to ensure no one else with a child with special needs ever have to experience what I did. I called today to get an appointment for my autistic hearing impaired daughter. Initially, the phone call went well but then Sarah gets the phone and proceeds to speak to me very rudely. They refused to schedule her an appointment although her insurance had approved the services required with this provider. I asked could they please schedule her an appointment and I was again refused and was told to do a walk-in. I tried to express that my daughter has become quite agitated due to her tooth pain. They did not care. Sarah, the insurance coordinator, was extremely rude. I sat on the phone and cried trying to come to a resolution to get help for my daughter. I'm assuming someone told her to disconnect the call and she did just that. Please be leery of this doctors office. Don't walk, run to another doctor's office. I tried to express my concerns to upper management in a neighboring city but they were just as rude as the local office! I don't care how I'm treated, I can handle it, but my daughter is innocent and has no voice and that's my role. It was so bad I contacted the local news station to express my concerns which should further solidify my complaint. RUN DON'T WALK away from this clinic not just the office in Baton Rouge but ALL of them!!!!

It's a nice brick building sitting conveniently on 32nd street by Carmax and what used to be the Esplanade Mall. You walk in and the ladies are busy yet friendly after singing in. Our experience there was for our daughter who had orthodontia. The usual visits are scheduled on Fridays as that's the only day their orthodontist is available. It worked for us until our puppy got a hold of her retainer. We had to wait for many weeks to be seen since Fridays are taken quite rapidly. I have no complaints. As long as you live up to your end of the deal when it comes to maintaining your retainer, you will be treated well. Her teeth are so straight. If you can find a new patient coupon, you could find some savings.

I waited months for a first appointment. Dental hygienist was good, but the dentist rushed through the appointment. I have follow up appointments. I have to wait 4 months for the work to be done. In the end I did not feel confident nor comfortable with my experience.

Year after year I have an excellent time at this office. I have been going to this dentistry for over 5 years. Dr. Naas is the man! Michelle rocks too! The front desk is always very organized and welcoming. Booking an appointment online is easy and wait times for walk ins is fantastic. Sometimes I don't even book. All of the staff is very friendly and comforting. I haven't ever had any complications from any procedures. The oral health plan that I have been put on for work to be completed has kept my oral health top notch. It's cost affective, over the years I've had many jobs and varying dental plan offerings. I still never have to break the bank. Even when I had a wreck years ago I didn't have to pay expensive costs due to injuries sustained. Dr. Naas took great care of me. The facilities are clean. Even when the state shut down for the pandemic this office was open. They followed every precaution to ensure they could be there for us. I would share photos but they're all gross before photos so I'll spare you. If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and friendly new dentistry this is the one I'd recommend.

i have medicaid insurance...my tooth was hurting me so badly i could cry...they x-rayed and told me i needed 3 teeth pulled..they told me only after they did xrays and made me wait in waiting room for 1hour in pain that my insurance did not cover what i needed done. they knew this before they did the xrays..but wanted to be compensationed for the xrays because i heard them talking behind my head....i was hurting so badly and it was almost funny to them that i was hurting because they took their time wasting my time and watching me in pain...i was told in order to get at least one of the 3 teeth i needed pulled i would need to pay $1000.00 down or 800 at the least!!!..and the rest later..i did not have that amount right then..i even asked if i could pay half now due to pain and half later..i was gonna use all the money i had to pay them because i was really hurting...the dentists there refused...they sent me out of the office still in excruciating pain..did not try to help or work with me to find a payment option..one young lady behind the counter tried because i was hurting really badly..and she was told to be quiet by her coworker. i did not have that amount but i could have paid something very close to it. please do not go to this facility. i will also reporting this to whomever i can because people should not be treated this way!!! especially with a toothache that could cause infection and kill you..

Scheduling is ridiculous. The orthodontist is here only twice a month. My appointments are literally two months a part at this point. They really need to consider adding an additional orthodontist here.
