I have been going to Ivy Nails for two years and have NEVER had a bad experience. The techs are friendly, very knowledgeable in their work. The shop is clean and relaxing. I go as they open and not a lot of people, but I want it that way to get my thoughts together. As I was leaving the shop, it was getting busy and I watch the technicians and they gave 5 star service to everyone that came in, whether appointment or walk-ins. So if anyone wants to have a relaxing, enjoyable time, come to Ivy Nails.
I absolutely love this nail salon. Every time I call they manage to accommodate me and are super courteous. Mimi is absolutely incredible and meticulous as is the salon owner and all of the staff. I would highly recommended this salon!
Great, relaxing services every time . I have been a customer for over 3 years and never have had a bad experience. Nails, pedicures , and eyebrows always look great. I would to suggest to call before in case there is a wait.
