Can't say enough good about Cypress HVAC. We made the switch after 17 plus years loyal to another HVAC company and honestly we wish we would have made the switch much sooner. Quality work hands down. Very very fair pricing. Follow up from Cypress is always 100% if your in the market to establish or change your HVAC company, do yourself a favor....call them.
We called Cypress Cooking out to help with a mini split situation in our small uptown hotel. Due to some unforeseen circumstances they had to make a couple different trips out to complete our service. We met two different service technicians and both were professional and knowledgeable. They identified the problem, provided an estimate, and communicated clearly regarding when to expect replacement of the part. At each step of the process we received a text and an email to let us know what time to expect them and to tell us who was coming and that they were on the way. I had some irritants in my AC causing me to have allergic reactions, and I can’t tell you how great of a job Cypress Cooling Co. did with cleaning it. It looks practically brand new and I’ve had that mini split for over 10 years! They’re great at communication, very thorough, and GREAT customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend them!!
