I’m a homeowner living in a double with another double under rental. Russell Gagnard and company at Cool Masters have done two complete residential HVAC system replacements and one furnace/air handler replacement for us over the last few years as well as various repairs needed to keep units running until replacement became necessary. We have used Cool Master for many years for all our AC and heating issues. All our phone calls are answered the same day and when possible, same day service service. I will always recommend Cool Master for any AC or heating service.

My entire unit had to be replaced. Cool Master did an excellent job in doing so. Very courteous, on time, attention to detail, explained in a way I could understand, and clean up was superb! Highly recommend!
