I am very disappointed with my experience at this gym. Yesterday, my cousin came to work out with me, as she has done since I first became a member. We were stopped at the front desk and told she could not work out without her own membership. I explained that she had been coming with me since I joined and that I honestly believed members were allowed to bring a guest, as many other gyms allow.
The receptionist’s attitude throughout the interaction was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Although we were eventually allowed to work out, the entire situation left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Later, I received a phone call from the owner. Instead of trying to understand the misunderstanding, I felt like I was being talked down to and blamed for the situation. I explained that I genuinely believed bringing a guest was permitted because it had never been an issue before. Rather than handling the matter professionally, I was told not to return to the gym.
The way I was treated throughout this experience left me feeling singled out and discriminated against. While I cannot speak to anyone else’s intentions, I walked away feeling that I was treated differently, and that is not a feeling anyone should have after simply trying to work out.
In addition to the poor customer service, I also don’t believe the membership justifies the $75 monthly cost. Basic amenities that many gyms provide, such as towels for the sauna, aren’t even included.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this gym. Respectful communication and treating every member fairly should be a priority at any business, and unfortunately, that was not my experience. Don’t waste your money or spend your money here if you work hard for it, you will be disappointed with how you’re treated by the staff! Truly unprofessional place and screams racism I’m actually glad he gave me a personal phone call because I was able to tell him on the phone that I think he’s establishment is very racist

I always trust Dr. Scott! If you’re in midlife and feel like your doctor just isn’t hearing you or helping, give Dr. Scott a call—it’s absolutely worth the consultation. He focuses on wellness, not sickness, and that makes all the difference!

Don’t get stuck! Needed a reset, met with Luke and very happy to revisit in person today. Sometimes you realize you do better with a little help from the pros who help you stay motivated.

Absolutely love this place. I’ve tried since December to get GLP-1 with people that would listen to my concerns. And someone who would not rip me off, which I got the runaround three times prior to finding this place. They listen to what you want and make it happen and they don’t over charge you and it’s easy to make appointments and the people are nice. And you can look at the rest of my reviews. I usually don’t write good reviews only bad but that’s how much these people deserve the credit for their business.

Ms. Melany Willoz is incredible! Her smile and warm personality had me from the beginning. Her hands are magical. My facials are so relaxing. When I leave my skin is glowing and I am renewed for the next day. My confidence has soared with my radiant skin!!! Thanks Melany!!!

Beware if you want laser treatment!!! I had a good experience with Kelsey for my laser treatments in the past, she’s always been very thorough and took her time. She no longer her works there and now im stuck with techs that rush!! They laser for about 1 amd a half minutes MAX on my chin. IF THAT. I asked the last tech to please add more coverage (even if I got charged more) I was charged $25 more and STILL she lasered for 1 minute. There was so many follicles untouched. The front desk women are rude and now I come to these reviews and see they are blatantly racist telling women of color straight up that their machine is not built for their type of hair? I’m sure they’re doing fine money wise for now but business like these don’t end up making it too far! I won’t be back I will try Dimitri Derm in Metairie they have pretty good reviews!
