After having surgery to repair my fractured patella and torn meniscus, I didn't know if I would really be able to resume my previous activities. I can tell you, not only did I resume, but I am better than I have been in decades! I had the privilege to work with Drs. Shaina, Mary, and Lauren, each being the epitome of professionalism, focus, and fun. The one-on-one therapy was so different than I had experienced from other "therapy places" and it was easy to trust them and push myself to heal. AND, I climbed a mountain after I graduated! This is the best place I have found for physical therapy. Working with experienced professionals (the owners) instead of young interns makes for faster and more effective treatment. Very friendly atmosphere! They worked around my schedule so I would not have to miss any work. They even send a text message reminder the night before your next appointment so you never forget the date or time.
