The technician’s technique was exceptionally professional and precise; they immediately pinpointed the specific muscle areas suffering from chronic strain and adhesions. Avoiding any haphazard or excessive force, they used a gradual approach to relax my tense, knotted shoulder and neck muscles. They focused specifically on working out the tension on my left shoulder—an area burdened by years of carrying weight on one side—and meticulously loosened the stiff muscle knots, working from the trapezius down to the junction of the neck and shoulder.
