I had called a different company, and they were supposed to come over and never showed up. The lady I spoke to on the phone, Mrs. Laurie was the best and even spoke to me after the job was done and told me “I told you they were coming”. I appreciate how thorough they were. They did an exceptional job. And I will from now on, use them and refer them to anyone! :)
Very good experience. We had a problem with a residential door lock and had previously dealt with another company that botched the job. Access sent out a very competent, experienced locksmith who quickly fixed the problem at a fair price.
There is apparently a big problem in our area - if you google locksmiths, you’ll see multiple companies with literally thousands of 5 star reviews. That’s a red flag - no one has thousands of 5 star reviews and zero bad reviews. This is a scam and they are not actually licensed locksmiths. They pay for the Google reviews. They also offer to pay for unhappy customers to take bad reviews down - this is what happened to us.

Had the absolute best experience with this place! Very sweet lady was able to fabricate a key for my gun safe. After talking with so many people and the gun safe manufacturer, I was sure that a key couldn’t be made. The worker was so insightful, she took a motor vehicle key and was able to make a key. She saved me 100s of dollars and I could be more grateful! It is impossible to come by locksmiths like the ones at Access!
