Mr. Mark is our go-to appliance repairman. He’s always friendly, down to earth, and super practical! He is quick to respond and come out and assess the situation. He’s helped us out twice with our dryer. Best part - his prices are very reasonable!
Mark fixed our washing machine a couple years back, he came out and had it up in running in no time and was so professional and helpful. When something else broke I called him and he came out first thing the next day. He was so helpful and he charged us a very reasonable rate! We definitely we be using him again if we ever need.
We are currently having a situation with our fridge today, and without servicing, he let us know what we can do on our end. He was so confident that he will come free of charge if it doesn’t work. I very much appreciate this dedication in servicing clients. He was able to explain what to do on our end to help us out before we have to buy a new fridge. Very much recommend!
