Dr. Ballay and his staff are extremely kind and competent. They answered all of my questions and when my local pharmacy could not fill my prescription after 8 days I called his office and explained the situation. I was put on hold for less than a minute and when she came back on and told me which pharmacy had my prescription in stock and advised me that they could switch my prescription to the new pharmacy which they did for me. My prescription was ready in less than an hour and I immediately picked it up. BEST assistance EVER! I highly recommend them!!!!

Dr.Ballay is very professional and honest in doing his work, i love that, if you don't need a surgery guess what he's not doing it if there's no need, he's not concern about getting the insurance from the company, The staff is wonderful and patient very knowledgeable you can see and fell they enjoy what they do . I love going to Dr. Ballay .

I love the staff and doctor saw to my needs. Dr. Ballay was very concerned with why I was there. Remembered when I was there before. Didn't rush me, asked questions the whole time I was there. Great doctor.
