We live out-of-state and needed a florist that serviced the westbank. We contacted several florists in the westbank but none impressed us like Westbank Florists. We tried one florist who answered our call with a simple hello and then put me on hold. Easy to order on line. Delivery was prompt. Beautiful arrangement. The only thing I was a bit disappointed with. I was expecting Lily’s in the arrangement (like picture on line). Overall I will use this florist again. Thank you!

Emily and her crew did a wonderful job providing the flowers for my grandmother’s 90th birthday cake. The red roses looked like velvet and were the prettiest that I have ever seen (photo doesn’t do justice)! Thank you!
