Rose is a go-to person, very sweet and kind, who does an amazing job on pedicures, soak offs, and full set overlays. The massage chairs don't cut off during services. They serve wine and offer drinks, greeting customers warmly. The nail techs are great and gentle, and the shop is very clean. They know what customers like and how they like it, never failing to satisfy.
This was my first time visiting Pretty Nails, and I had a wonderful experience! Mr. Kenny did an amazing job—he was friendly, professional, and made sure I was happy throughout the entire appointment. My experience at Pretty Nails today was quick and professional. Upon walking in me and my friend were greeted by the workers with a warm welcome. I love the aesthetic and I was very impressed with how they even had outlets as well as phone mounts. Wait time wasn’t long; I would definitely recommend this nail shop. I came for a simple gel polish on my natural nails for my birthday and I am satisfied with my visit.
