I've never had a problem with Premium. I have been dealing with them since 2007. My mom has been using him since before then. He's like Santa Clause. Every year like Clock work we receive our notice for our contract renewal, and we schedule. He comes, sprays, and checks the traps. The spray he uses keeps other bugs out of the house too. Also, if you dig up any dirt around the house on the barrier, he tells you "Make sure you call me so I can re-spray the area dug up." The re-spray is free of charge. :) I love Premium!
