This company has been such a pleasure to work with! I've had an ongoing flea problem (I don't have pets). We worked with another company prior that was terrible (and clearly didn't work). Pied Piper is responsive. They answer the phone during business hours and will give you a call back otherwise pretty promptly. They are reliable and show up on time. They even call you on the way or if there is a problem so you know if they may be running late. They are very knowledgeable and answer all my questions. Caleb and Lisa specifically have been won

Justin is very professional and always accommodating when it comes to schedule. He will contact you ahead of his visits and when necessary will change up his schedule to suit your schedule a needed.
