Seth was fantastic! Truly helpful and friendly in helping me solve my issue. From speaking with office staff whom were also friendly and kind to hopping on the phone with Seth to figure out logistics, I had the best experience. 10/10 recommend them for your pest needs!
We hired Pied Piper Pest Control during a major infestation, and just as they promised, every single pest was completely gone.
When the technician returned for payment, a sudden financial hardship came along, and I explained that I wasn't able to pay right away. He didn't argue or raise his voice. He simply pulled out a flute and began to play.
Suddenly, the whole house went silent, except for the sound of that flute.
Then the front door swung wide open... Oh god... the children... the children!!!
Seth was a true professional. He was very knowledgeable and courteous and orchestrated the bat mitigation services with the contractor extremely well. It was a pleasure working with him.
