I’ve been coming to HOTWORX for a couple of years and I love this location! Starting was the hardest part, but once I built a routine it became easy to stay consistent. The studio is always very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the 24/7 access works perfectly with my schedule.
Even on long days I can still get a workout in, and even when I’m not feeling a full workout I know that being in infrared sauna I’m still burning calories!!! Hotworx in combination with my strength training helped me lose 8 lbs in my first three weeks. I have a love/hate relationship with infrared sauna, but I feel so rejuvenated when I leave. I’m looking forward to my continued progress.
I also love the location and the employees. They are always nice and helpful. I rate it a 10/10. I have no complaints.

Hotworx helped me so much when I was trying to conceive for my son I needed to lose weight and how works is the reason I lost 40 pounds I was able to conceive and have a healthy pregnancy. Of course when you're pregnant, you can't work out in a sauna so now I am ready to get back in and get back feeling better.
