Horrible Service! Down from Baton Rouge for Christmas and New Years. Went to have nails done and even showed the lady a picture of what I wanted. She screwed them up and had to redo one of my nails twice...TWICE and cut my cuticle to the quick on one finger. When she was done, my nail's looked NOTHING like the picture I showed her. They were chunky, uneven and lumpy. I stated my complaint to her and some other person, which turned out to be a customer, started talking out the side of her neck about my complaint while other customers were sitting there. I went in for a pedi & a full set. My alarm should've went off when I saw the generator running outside. But I took the chance (everyone deserves a chance) and went in. My pedi and nails were done in no time. However, I reached the technician my bank card to pay for services rendered, she said, "oh no the card machine isn't working you pay cash or cashapp." Well I only keep $50 on my cashapp card for emergencies and my bill was $86. I told her wait until I transfer funds. Well the other technician took my shoes and put the arm down on the spa chair (my impression) as if I was going to leave without paying. I was APPALLED!
