I bought a house in Covington, LA 5 months ago. I contacted several companies to help do preventive termite application. Terminix clearly came across as the better one as they had capacity to deliver immediately and took their time showing me my options. Steve showed up to my house and went through all the options and customized to my specific needs and as I requested. I got a competitive price and a comprehensive protection plan. I could not have been more pleased. 3 days later, Cody showed up and did a fantastic job around the entire house, access panels, and concrete slabs with expansion joints. The inspection was very thorough and professional. All questions were answered and I was given multiple options for coverage. Installation of protection was done very professionally, friendly and competently. The technician even pointed out I had just beat a colony trying to get to the house. I was impressed by how thorough they were. Price for total protection is high, but is also in the neighborhood of what I expected to pay.
