Saturday morning, hot June day , my AC goes out. I call Stewart Services for emergency call. I get a call from the tech ,Malik, who says he can be there in 9 minutes. 9 MINUTES! He did it. I explained the problem and he knew exactly how to fix it. A problem with the drain line. 20 minutes later, it’s all fixed. Couldn’t have gone any smoother. Thank you ,Malik.
