Service technicians Lin and Bruce were excellent. They explained everything and were very thorough and knowledgeable of their job. I cannot say enough about them. Above and beyond in every aspect.
On July 28 2024 I got water damage to my floors.My insurance company sent Rainbow Restoration to my home to access the damage .From day 1 this company was great.i was out of town when all this happened and they took care of everthing and made me feel at ease. Everyone I talked to about my many questions were very understanding and caring. I feel like Chad and Judy are my best friends , they were very understanding and caring and assured me everthing was going to be ok. On Oct 1 my furniture was delivered today I was out of town but the two guys that brought everything back were very professional and put everything where it belonged. The owner Chris is extremely knowledgeable on water and mold remediation and with his background knowledge as a previous insurance adjuster he knows how to properly take care of your property. Can’t say enough good about him!
