We have been using this office for almost 10 years now. We have 5 children. We make the drive from Ponchatoula because the quality of care has never disappointed. They have always been kind, patient and flexible with the needs of our disabled child. Truly an extraordinary office full of caring individuals. For our 6 mth cleanings they are prompt about getting us in the back after checking in, the few times we have needed them for reasons outside of regular cleanings We've been able to be seen that same day. The office is well organized and clean. We are grateful and appreciate the level of care they provide.
Dr Von Gruben’s bedside manner offers such peace of mind. He’s so polite and respectful and I appreciate the comfort he offers my children. If you have a child that doesn’t particularly care for the dentist, he might just change their mind!
My kids have been seeing Dr. Von Gruben since they were both 1. My son had to have a few cavities fixed yesterday and he was able to get everything done at 6 years old with just laughing gas. He didn't even flinch at the numbing injections. Dr Von Gruben is amazing!
