I wanted to take a moment to thank you for my recent service. I visited Mia at the Mandeville store. I have a necklace and 3 charms which have never been cleaned because I live out of state and it is hard to coordinate my visit to Louisiana with a cleaning. Mia offered to clean my jewelry and have it shipped back to my home in Texas. I received timely emails on the cleaning and shipping information. It arrived, beautifully boxed and wrapped. Please know that extra touch meant a lot. My pieces which I wear most every day were cleaned to a shine and I love them! I already have my next charm picked out.
