I always appreciate the care and attention to detail when I visit Dr. Burkenstock’s office. Each visit, I’m able to sit down and have a conversation about lab results, any other health issues, and establish a plan of action going forward. The office staff is very helpful.

I met Dr. Burkenstock in 2014. I was overweight was in the beginning stages of diabetes and my cholesterol was exorbitant. I was extremely fatigued and she discovered I had low testosterone
She initiated a weight loss plan. I lost 25 pounds and have kept it off with her program. My blood sugar is back to normal and my cholesterol is immensely improved
The custom Bioidentical Hormones she prescribed have given me back my stamina and vitality

VERY RUDE, COMBATIVE, ETC. THEY REQUESTED REFUND FROM INSURANCE, OVERCHARGED ME, REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY, THEY OVERCHARGED. OVERCHARGED MY MOTHER, REFUSED TO GIVE HER BACK THE MONEY. SCAM, BECAUSE SHE PUSHES HER VITAMINES ON PATIENTS, ALWAYS USING HER VITAMIN SHEET FOR EVERY APPOINTMENT TO PURCHASE HER VITAMINES. ACCUSED ME OF STEALING WHEN HER RECEPTIONIST ACCIDENTALLY PUNCHED IN THE WRONG AMOUNT WHEN CHECKING OUT MY 91 YEAR OLD MOTHER. SHE REFUSED TO PAY ME FOR MY PHOTOGRAPHY, THEN LOADED MY PICTURES ON HER WEBSITE AND GAVE HER SON CREDIT FOR MY IMAGES. SHE FRIGHTENED MY ELDERLY MOTHER WHEN SHE WAS SCREAMING AT ME. AND NOW, WE REQUESTED OUR MEDICAL FILES AND IT IS ON ITS SECOND WEEK REFUSING TO GIVE US OUR FILES. HORRIBLE PERSON, TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ANYONE SHE CAN. I NO LONGER RECOMMEND THIS PERSON.
