Repaired some supports, for free, years after installing the units (which continue to work very well). Got the work done quickly and did a great job. Very glad we decided to go with them.

Ryan worked with me to acquire parts and repair a Westinghouse, high-efficiency gas water heater. These systems are not that common. It has a 60-page installer manual. He worked to find a parts supplier for a mother board and fan blower. When he received the parts he installed them within a couple hours and I have hot water again. I appreciate the extra effort Calloway took to track down parts from outside usual suppliers. I also credit them for willingness to deal with a water heater system that gave 2 other vendors a “deer in the headlights” reaction.
