I had Bailey Davidson do some work at my house. He did a great job. He was very professional and arrived on the time. He troubleshooted and went right to the problem. He fixed it in a timely manner.
I spoke with Andi at Burkhardt AC to describe my AC problem, she was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. She had Bailey come out same day. Bailey is an Ace technician and diagnosed the problem accurately and fixed our issue on the spot. I heard about Burkhardt AC from the radio and decided to give them a call. I am very glad I did! My hard start kit capacitor on my outside ac unit went bad and needed to be replaced. Called after hours and had a tech at my house with in an hour. The system was fixed and back up and running within an hour. The tech was extremely professional as all burkhardt techs are. Great experience! Great communication and response times for off hours. Have been a burkhardt customer for years and will continue to be for years to come!
