Such nice and honest guys. Will def use them again. The girls in the office were so responsive and kept me up to date on timing, etc. We used them for a cooling issue but we will use this company for maintenance of our units as well.
Very pleased! Mr. Collier showed up on time, addressed our AC, made sure everything was in good working order and let us know we were good to go. Huge peace of mind! Highly recommend!
A wonderful and incredibly efficient experience with Parrain’s! From quote to the installation of my new air conditioning unit the entire team was exactly what you’re looking for in a service team. The installation crew were polite, respectful my home, and extremely hardworking. They took the time to clean up and ensure I understood how to operate my new system; as well as what to expect in the first few days. I cannot recommend the team enough. It’s a big expense and having a solid team is paramount to your comfort as a homeowner.
