We really like Faithful Companions. They do a great job on our Pomeranian Zacky. They’re the only one he likes to be groomed by. Excellent!!

THE WORST!!!! I drop my dog off to be boarded for the weekend and I had ask for a trim for my dog. The groomer said that was fine and that she could do that and quoted me for a full trim and bath for $40.00 and that is what we agreed on and in addition to the $15.00 per night to keep our Pomeranian. She had asked for my contact info before I left as well. When I got there Monday morning to pick up my dog the groomer proceeded to tell me the cost was $55.00 for the cut. When the girl brought out my dog he was SHAVED!!! My dog looked absolutely horrible! I told we her was extremely unhappy and that is not what I had asked her to do. Her response was “Well, that’s what I though was best for the dog”. She didn’t even try to call or text me to ask if that was okay to do that to my dog. She also did not apologize for the job and continued to state that she did what she felt was best. I was extremely upset and will NEVER return or recommend. In addition the shave wasn’t even smooth. There are patches where he is completely bald, and some patches that have little pieces of long hairs. Before and after pictures are attached.

Horrible communication and bad attitudes. They do extra services without asking the customers and charge extra without permission from the customer. Horrible communication skills.

Excellent service, friendly, the best place for my fur babies stay. I recommend this place 100 %. Good prices and they makes you and your fur babies as one of their family members. Lucas and Valentina love to stay there. Thanks Mrs. Rhonda and Other for take care of my babies.

They were so welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. My fur babies were immediately greeted and given lovings by the staff before I left. The cuts are so cute and the pricing was extremely affordable!

I have had my besties Button for almost 12 years and I have only taken him to Faithful Companions. He is a yorkie so he is required to go regularly, they make us feel like family..I would recommend Faithful Companions to everyone.
