I hit a snafu today when trying to return a package to Amazon. Carla was awesome! She helped me quickly troubleshoot the problem and within minutes of messaging through the Amazon app (Carla’s idea), getting a new label emailed to me so I could immediately email the label to The Shipping Store, Carla printed it and I was on my way.

Let me just tell you. Im that person who brings in a gigantic box to ship and then follows up with a panic attack because the shipping was going to be nearly $200. So these wonderful shipping angels sprinkled some of their fairy box magic and got that oversized box down 4 inches saving me a whopping $100. I highly recommend this shipping store!

Excellent, professional, quick, one on one service at the Shipping store. I come here occasionally to ship bulky, important items and now I use their new photo machine to print pictures in minutes. thank you Mr. James and Ms. Carla for your friendship and dedication to serving our community.
