Stopped by **Phoenix Home Medical** just to ask about getting a new CPAP mask, and they took amazing care of me right away. Not only did they work me in quickly, they got me properly fitted for a new mask and stocked me up with all the supplies I needed.
They also took the time to clearly explain the replacement schedule and answered all my questions with a professional, “let’s get it done” attitude. The whole experience was smooth, helpful, and efficient.
Phoenix Home Medical rocks—great job, ladies! You spoiled me.

Greatly appreciate the staff here, Miss Cindy went above and beyond to meet my needs. My father is currently in a nursing home and I work 40 minutes away. We needed a cushion for his wheelchair and the staff went and measured it for me at the nursing home, took payment over the phone, and is delivering it for me. Highly recommend this business because they’re very professional and extremely helpful!

I just wanted to take a few minutes to let everyone know how great this small town company is, Cindy the owner has never once stepped back on any service that I’ve needed and has stepped in more than once to insure that everything I needed was there. When I was put on oxygen and the DME company assigned to assist me failed to do so I stopped in to pickup my CPAP supplies Cindy asked how I was and if there was anything else I needed, I told her what was going on with my oxygen provider and she volunteered to assist me, letting me know they were a new company and that she was sure it would all work out.
