Everyone at BSC is exceedingly competent and kind. I have to say that this office has given me one of the two top physician experiences I've encountered in my life. Dr. Kellie Paddy is amazing! She really takes the time to listen to your needs. She sees you as a person not just a patient. Highly recommend her to anyone who needs medical help. If she can't treat in office she makes sure you get where you need to go. Kristin is her assistant is also amazing. Down to earth an also makes you feel at home. Now let talk about the receptionist she is rude when you call. She is rude if she has to call you. I used to be at ease calling the clinic for my needs and questions. Now I dread them, It gives me anxiety to call up their an have to talk to her.
