I have been working out at the LaPlace, LA location for about 2 years now. Lately I find the gym to be running more smoothly than it has been since I joined. I've spoken to the new manager, Brooke, and she seems to be genuinely interested in making it a better place to work out. It's being kept cleaner, and the new employees are definitely more interactive with members than past employees were. Overall, I'm happy here and would recommend this gym to anyone in the LaPlace area looking for a nice place to work out.

I was looking for a Personal Trainer and came across BST Fitness and met Mr. Trey, who is very knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely professional. You’ll hear the phrase “I don’t care” from Mr. Trey quite often! It’s true! He doesn’t care about your excuses, he only cares about you meeting your fitness goals...#facts! Even if you don’t need a Personal Trainer, BST Fitness is a great place to workout!

Very nice private gym, has everything you need to get the job done. The owner is very knowledgeable and supportive when it comes to assessing your fitness needs and curating a plan to get you there. Be sure to have your game face on when you show up!
