My experience with Allstate has been enlightening. I was recommended by my sister and they have been reliable and avilable for any questions or concerns I may have. I must say I was hestitant about leaving a insurance company I had been with for 35 years; however, I am equally satisfied with this one so far. I am greatful I am not just a policy number, but an individual who want to be treated with respect and dignity.Thank you Todd

Our adjuster came out early on. My only complaint is the deductible. We have to make a loan to pay for our roof. I know nothing can be done about that. We were going to do a kitchen make over now we need a loan just to get back what we lost.
