I used Riverlands insurance for about 10 years after buying a house. My agent was always very responsive and polite. However, every year I would ask if there were cheaper options, and every year I was told, unfortunately, no.Then I refinanced my home and my broker found me an insurance policy that was SUBSTANTIALLY less than I was paying with Riverlands. I was shocked.I’m pretty sure I overpaid thousands of dollars for many years by not doing my due diligence and shopping around. I would advise you to do the same.
Kristy M went above and beyond by any means necessary to provide me with the best possible rate. She had great communication and was very efficient. Definitely recommend this agency!
