Mr. Block was so kind & helpful. My electricity went out and had trouble with my computer. He called me next AM and was able to guide me on phone after I explained problem. Great service and no charge. Can’t beat that service!!! A++

From the very beginning Steve has been more than fair and upfront with me for the repairs of 2 external hard drives. He has years of experience and knowledge. He’s worked with me on unusual circumstances and navigated us through a difficult repair/transaction even after experiencing his own losses through hurricane Ida. Losing one hard drive with years of family memories and business documents is hard let alone 2. He turned a panicked customer into repeat business. Highly respected and recommended.

Mr. Block came to my house and fixed all of my issues on Saturday afternoon. He showed up on time and worked diligently to address all of my concerns. He was very professional and did not stop until he resolved all of my issues.Mr. Block is my go to IT guy from now on and he did not charge me an arm and a leg, it was a reasonable charge for the services rendered.
