Reliable appliance repair is not so reliable. This company advertise that they are located at 112 Airline Highway but when I called them they said they cannot service that area. huh On top of that my sister called for her appliance, they took a deposit from her card, only to call the day of her appointment to tell her there isn’t any technicians in her area. What put the icing on the cake is Matherne’s grocery store is advertising them..
They should not be in business. Fast talkers that do nothing. How they are still in business is mind numbing. They are not trustworthy business people. My advice is not to deal with them at all. Do not even call them. Call Sears.
