Some are nice but they always sound like they're trying to hurry up and get off the phone with you like you're inconveniencing them. Kind of annoying except Mrs. Connie. She's always super nice. They also are not very up front about the interest,etc.. have to keep asking questions to find out what you're getting yourself into and the lady who talked to me about that sounded like she was trying to hurry up and get off the phone. Once I tried paying with a credit card and a lady said that they're unable to take that which I didn't realize and was about to tell her okay I'll have to call back but she immediately hung up.
