I had a highly disappointing experience at this salon a few months ago. I walked in with platinum blonde hair, seeking lowlights for a healthier look. Instead, I left with very dark hair and minimal blonde—far from what I requested. I went in hoping for a healthier option but now find myself having to damage my hair even further to restore it to its original color.
The overall experience was unprofessional from the start. The stylist, Jolie, canceled our first appointment on the day of, due to sickness, and then texted me at almost 10:00 the day before the rescheduled appointment asking for details we had already discussed. When I sought to have my hair corrected, Jolie referred me to another salon, only to face additional costs and further damage to my hair.
I contacted the salon owner for a resolution, but was met with rudeness and told that Jolie rents her space and that I should resolve the issue directly with her. This was incredibly frustrating and unhelpful.
The stress, damage, and financial cost caused by this salon's mistake have been significant. I’ve since learned from friends that I am not alone in having a negative experience with Jolie. Please be cautious when considering this salon, as you risk leaving with unsatisfactory results and damaged hair.
The attached photos show the stark difference between the color I arrived with and what I left with. I genuinely hope my experience serves as a warning to others.

Do not book your appointments online! I booked mine and it was accepted and approved for today at 11:30am for a highlight and cut. I had tried calling the phone number and it is disconnected so there was no way for me to call to double check. When I went in today for the appointment I was told they had no idea how it was approved and they didn't have the available staff. They were nice and apologetic but it was a huge waste of my time and now I am having trouble finding available appointments anywhere else for today.
