Was that the Golden Nugget Casino in Lake Charles spending the weekend, decided to stop at the barbershop ,was helped by a young lady ,will not say any names, but the first letter of her name starts with "" k,"" this was on June 15, 2019 her service was horrible!!! very rude didn't want to help me, very bad customer service, would not recommend this place to anybody!!!
Getting my hair cut is usually just a chore that has to be done. Today at the Golden Nugget Casino, I had an excellent experience thanks to Kattie C. I'm very pleased with the result and the different suggestions she made. Would definitely return. Highly recommend Kattie!
