I can’t say enough great things about the Balance Center in Lake Charles, Louisiana! I came in dealing with vertigo and dizziness and the PTs got me in immediately and started helping me right away. The therapists are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly care about their patients. From the first visit I felt listened to and confident that I was in the right place. If you’re struggling with vertigo, dizziness, or balance issues, I highly recommend the Balance Center. Five stars all the way!!!
I saw Rachel when she was at Hope Therapy and had to stop seeing her due to other medical reasons. But will definitely see her again at The Balance Center as soon as I can. She is a great therapist and cares how her patients. Her staff is great also.
We have been coming here for a year and we are so happy with this place. The staff are all friendly, professional and polite in person as well as on the phone. Our son sees Carlie Bennett and he absolutely adores her. His excitement to see her is enough to let us know that he's in good hands when we drop him off. His speech has improved tremendously and he can now communicate his needs with us on a daily basis. I recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a speech therapist
